Gaurang primarily relies on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and trauma informed CBT coupled with grounding in mindfulness in his work with clients. He aims to assist clients in exploring and connecting with their emotions and thoughts to align them better with their strengths and purpose. This also helps to reframe unhelpful thoughts which block realization of their objectives.
