Please seek a Release of Information form from your client and provide us with a copy. This will enable us to have a full, frank and confidential clinical discussion in order to make the best possible placement.
If you are referring your client for groups with us, we are happy to work in conjunction with you so as not to interrupt the relationship you already have with the client. After the client signs a Release of Information with us, we can provide regular updates as to their progress in groups. We are also happy to have regular clinical consultations so that we can provide the best possible care for your client.
The Intensive Outpatient Program has been designed specifically to enable clients to continue working with their referring therapist. The Visions team looks forward to collaborating with you.
This applies not just to Psychologists and Psychotherapists, but to referring Psychiatrists as well.
